1. What the Service is

OmniHuman2.net is an independent product that provides a custom interface to third-party AI models. It lets you generate a video of a person speaking, singing or performing from a photo and an audio track, and can generate helper portraits and voices. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by ByteDance, BytePlus, fal.ai, ElevenLabs, Google or any other model provider. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.

3. Prohibited content (no NSFW)

You must not generate, upload or request NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive content, content involving minors in any sexual or suggestive context, illegal content, deepfakes or impersonation of real people without their consent, or any other content prohibited by our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Prompts are automatically moderated and violating requests are blocked. We may suspend or terminate access and remove content for violations.

4. Your content and rights

You keep ownership of the photos, audio and text you submit. You confirm that you own them or have all rights and consents needed (including the consent of any person whose face or voice appears) and that they comply with these Terms. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs to provide the Service and to share them with the model providers that run the generation. Subject to your compliance and applicable provider terms, you may use the outputs you generate, including commercially. Outputs may not be unique and we do not guarantee that they are free of third-party rights.

5. Pricing and payments

Paid features are offered as monthly subscriptions (Starter $9.99/month with 35 credits, Pro $29.99/month with 120 credits), billed monthly and cancellable anytime from your dashboard. Prices are shown before purchase. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Creem.io, which handles checkout, taxes and billing; your payment data is not stored by us.

Credits. 1 credit equals 1 second of generated video, rounded up to the next full second. Each video is a minimum of 4 seconds and a maximum of 120 seconds. Generating a voice from text costs 1 credit per started 100 characters. Credits are granted with each successful monthly payment and do not roll over: unused credits expire when the next period starts, when your subscription ends, or when you delete your account. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. If a generation fails, the reserved credits are refunded automatically.

Cancellation and refunds. You can cancel at any time from the Billing section of your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep your credits until then. Because generations consume paid compute immediately, completed generations and used credits are generally non-refundable except where required by law. 6. Availability and changes

The Service is provided as-is and may change, be limited or be paused at any time (for example for safety, abuse prevention or provider outages). We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept them.

7. Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss caused by your use of generated content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. You are solely responsible for how you use and distribute outputs and agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content or your violation of these Terms.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
