Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

• Email address if you join the waitlist or contact support, and account data (email, sign-in method, credit balance, plan and generation history) if you create an account. Sign-in is provided by Google Firebase Authentication; your files are stored on Cloudflare R2 and account records in Google Firestore.
• Content you submit: text prompts and scripts, photos and audio files, and the videos, images and audio generated from them.
• Usage and device data: pages viewed, approximate location from IP address, browser and device type, collected through Google Analytics / Firebase Analytics cookies and similar technologies.
• Payment data: payments are handled by our Merchant of Record, Creem.io. We do not store card details; we receive order and customer identifiers.

2. How we use it

To provide and secure the Service, generate your outputs, moderate content and prevent abuse, process payments, send waitlist and service emails, answer support requests, and understand and improve site performance. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Who we share it with

• AI model and infrastructure providers that process your inputs to generate outputs (for example fal.ai and the model providers it runs, and ElevenLabs for voices).
• Creem.io (payments and content moderation of prompts).
• Google Firebase / Google Analytics (waitlist storage and analytics), Cloudflare (CDN and storage) and Vercel (hosting).
• Authorities, when required by law or to protect against abuse or illegal content.

4. Retention

Waitlist emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Account data, uploaded files and generated videos are kept until you delete them or your account. You can delete your account from the Account section of your dashboard, which deletes your login, history and all files we store for you and cancels your subscription. Records needed for legal, tax or abuse-prevention purposes are kept as required.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the EEA, UK and California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. Email infinitephasellc@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

6. Cookies

We use a strictly necessary, secure session cookie to keep you signed in, and analytics cookies to measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

7. Children

The Service is for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children; contact us to have such data removed.

8. Security and international transfers

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. Your data may be processed in countries other than your own by the providers listed above.

9. Changes and contact
