Acceptable Use Policy

1. Strictly prohibited content

You must not use the service to create, upload, request or distribute:

• NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive content, including nudity, fetish content and sexualized depictions of any person or character.
• Any content involving minors in a sexual, suggestive or exploitative context. Content that sexualizes or endangers anyone under 18 is reported to the relevant authorities.
• Illegal content, or content that facilitates illegal acts, fraud, scams, phishing or identity theft.
• Content that promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, hate, harassment, bullying or discrimination against people or groups.
• Graphic violence, gore or shock content.
• Disinformation intended to deceive the public, including fake news, election interference or fabricated statements attributed to real people.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, publicity or other rights of third parties.

2. Real people, deepfakes and impersonation

• You may only upload a photo or voice of a real person if it is you, or you have that person's clear, informed permission to animate their likeness and voice.
• Creating deepfakes, impersonating a real person, or making a real person appear to say or do something they did not agree to is prohibited.
• Do not create content that imitates public figures, celebrities, politicians or private individuals without their consent.
• Face-swap and non-consensual face-manipulation uses are not permitted. Do not use the service to defame, harass, extort or deceive anyone.

3. Minors

You must not upload photos or voices of minors without verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian, and never in any sexual or suggestive context. The service is not directed to children under 18.

4. Moderation and enforcement

Prompts and scripts are automatically screened by a third-party moderation service before generation. Prompts that are denied or flagged are blocked. Uploaded images and audio may also be reviewed. We may refuse, remove or suspend any content or account that violates this policy, without refund where permitted by law, and may report unlawful activity to authorities.

5. Responsibility and labeling

You are responsible for the content you generate and for how you use and share it. Where required by law or platform rules, you must disclose that content is AI-generated. Do not remove or hide any provenance or disclosure marks.

6. Reporting abuse
