Frequently asked questions

Can I replace our whole training library?

You can replace the talking-trainer portions. Each clip is at most 120 seconds, and the tool does not host a learning management system or track completion.

How is this different from the course generator?

Course clips are for lessons you publish to learners. Training clips are for internal use: onboarding, SOPs and refreshers, with the same photo-plus-audio input.

Can it show the equipment or the software?

No. It shows the trainer. Film the equipment or screen yourself and edit it next to the trainer clip.

Whose photo can I use?

Yours, a colleague who has given explicit consent, or an original fictional trainer. Do not use a stock photo of a real stranger.

What if a segment fails?

The credits reserved for that video are refunded automatically.
